Shipping Policy

🚚 Free UK delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden charges.

How It Works

You place your orderYour design is sent to our UK print partner (Inkthreadable) for production.

Production — 2–4 working daysYour garment is printed or embroidered in the UK. Embroidery may take slightly longer due to the digitisation process.

DispatchYour order is packed and handed to Royal Mail. You'll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery — 2–3 working daysDelivered via Royal Mail 48. Total estimated time: 5–7 working days from order.

Delivery Options

Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 48) — Free — 2–3 working days after dispatch
Express UK Delivery (Royal Mail 24) — Available on request — contact us before ordering

UK Only

We currently only ship to UK addresses. International shipping is not available at this time. Contact us at hello@iscaprint.com if you have a specific requirement.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. Track at royalmail.com.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email us at hello@iscaprint.com with your order number. We'll investigate and send a replacement if confirmed lost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately if you spot an error — we can only change it before dispatch.
