• Your payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details)
• Your design files and artwork uploaded to our customiser

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send your order to our print fulfilment partner (Inkthreadable)
• Contact you about your order status
• Respond to customer service enquiries
• Improve our website and services

We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we never sell your data to third parties.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

• Inkthreadable — our print fulfilment partner. They receive your name, delivery address, and design files to produce and ship your order.
• Stripe — our payment processor. They handle all card transactions securely.
• Cloudinary — our image hosting service. Your design files are stored here for order processing.
• Royal Mail — your name and address are passed to the courier for delivery.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain order records for 7 years as required by UK tax law. Design files uploaded to Cloudinary may be retained for up to 12 months. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (where legally permitted)
• Object to processing of your data
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk
